As Senior Team Leader for Member Care with Serge, Rebecca Diboll provides vital spiritual, physical, and emotional support to overseas missionaries. Supporting Serge’s 325+ missionaries in over 25 countries, Rebecca has a particular passion for caring for the whole family. This past summer, she traveled to Spain for Serge's Leadership Conference & subsequent Company-Wide Conference. It was a fruitful time of face-to-face connection, allowing her to meet individually with every missionary on her care list and co-facilitate critical workshops on team and personal resilience. Please pray for Rebecca as she takes on new leadership roles to develop and to care for the wider Member Care team. Pray also for Rebecca and her husband Joshua as they faithfully serve Red Mountain Church in Birmingham, Alabama.
